A.7A: Heat Sink Overheated

Note: OFF: Output transistor is OFF (alarm state).
ON: Output transistor is ON.
Status and Remedy for Alarm
Note: This alarm display tends to occur only with a SERVOPACK of 30 W
to 1000 W.
Cause Remedy
A Frequently turning the main circuit power
ON/OFF. Do not repeatedly turn ON/OFF the main
circuit power.
B Circuit board (1PWB) defective. Replace SERVOPACK.

Cause Remedy
A The ambient temperature of the SERVO-
PACK exceeds 55ºC. Alter conditions so that the ambient
temperature goes below 55ºC.
B The air flow around the heat sink is bad. Follow installation methods and pro-
vide sufficient space as specified.
C Fan stopped. Replace SERVOPACK.
D SERVOPACK is operating under over-
load. Reduce load.
E SERVOPACK defective Replace SERVOPACK.
