Note: OFF: Output transistor is OFF (alarm state).
ON: Output transistor is ON.

A The power supply voltage is not within
the range of specifications. Check power supply voltage.
B Fuse blown. Replace SERVOPACK.
C Rectifying diode defective.
D SERVOPACK defective.

A Servomotor wiring incorrect. Check and correct wiring. (Check for phase-

D Circuit board (1PWB) defective. Replace SERVOPACK.
