22.1.10 Port H Control Register (PHCR)
PHCR is a 32-bit readable/writable register that selects the pin functions. PHCR is initialized to
H'00000000 by a power-on reset, and it is not initialized by a manual reset, in standby mode, or in
sleep mode.
