One way to teK when it's
time tor new Ijres Is to
check the treadwear
indicalorSi which will
appear when your liiries
have onky 1/16 inch
(1.0 mm} or less of tread
remaining. Sorrie
commercial (r-uck tines may
not have treadwear
indicators.
You need a new lire it any of the fbliowlr^g statements
are true,
* You can see the indicators at ihree or more places
around tha tire.
* You can see cord or fabric showing ihrougl i ihe
tire's rubber.
* The Tread or sidewall is crocked, cut or snagged
deep enough to show cord or fabric.
* The tire has a bump, bulge or spilt,
* The tire has a puncture, cut or other damage that
can't be repaired well because of Ihe size or
location of the damage.
