Presel Mode; PTC speed control mode is used
for
statiormry applications. [PTO will rejnsin engaged while
mobile in the preset rrade, however PTO set and
resume speed contnoEs will be inoperativeV This mode
provides a defeuU standby speed of 600 or 650 rpm
(depending on the engine/transmlssion combrnarjon) and
two default PTO
conlrol
speeds whicii follow:
1, PTO Sat Speed of 1,250 rpm, or
2
PTO Resume Speed ol 1,70O rpm.
Please nole tPtal the standby speed (800/050 rpm) is
not 10 be used as a PTO coniroi speed, Vehicles
not equipped wilh cruise control will nol have Ihfi resume
speed capabiNly.
To use PTO speed control in variable mode (while
mobifs) da the foliowrng:
1. Engage the PTO.
2. Vehicle speed must be greater than 5 mph.
3. Make sure your fctsl is off the brake pedaJ (and oil
the clutch tor vehicles equipped with
a
manual
transmission).
4.
Setsct the desired engine Speed by uShg Iho foot
pedal, and sePed SET on the PTO switch or the
cruise control.
To use PTO speed control in variable mode [while
statioriary) do the following:
T Engage Ihe PTO.

3. Make sure your foot Is ofl the brake pedai (and ofl
the clutch for vehicles equipped with g manual
transmission).
4. Select tha desired engine speed by using the foot
pedal, and select SET on the PTO switch or the
