Specify the count variable that is going to be the
index or boundary identifier that defines the block. Counter
Specify the name of the block. The identifier is used
by the Block function. For example, if the identifier is
“JICStep”, it could be used as Block(“JICStep”,...) Identifier
Specify the name of the block that is shown in
variable chart views that shows boundaries of data,
such as the history view or hysteresis view. Display Name

in which you can specify the frequency of
