Start/Stop and Hold/Resume Behavior Settings

In general, these settings define the command behavior when you click the Run, Hold, and Stop buttons
on the Test Control panel.

Settings include:

Stay at Level

Ramp to Mean

Ramp to Zero

Taper to Mean

Taper to Zero

Complete Current Cycle

Overrides and exceptions

The application may override these settings when performing specific types of test activities.

The Time History Output and Time History Sequence activities automatically taper to zero when
you hold or stop a test, regardless of the command setting.

The Complete Current Cycle setting pertains to Cycle, Cycle + DAQ, Custom Waveform, and Custom
Waveform + DAQ
activities. If you choose this setting for other types of activities (for which cycle is
not meaningful), the application maintains the current level.
