The analysis definition is available in either the Fatigue Analyzer or Fracture
Analyzer application as an overlay to the information that was gathered during

a test run. You can customize the views and displays associated with an
analysis definition to manipulate how the test run data is presented on the
screen. Additionally, you can customize the variable values, DAQ mappings,
and functions in order to create analysis runs and analyze various "what if"
scenarios.
The analysis run uses the analysis definition and the data in a test run to
produce a set of analysis results.
Analysis Run
Project
A project is the highest level component in the MTS TestSuite file heirarchy. A project contains the following:

A collection of tests
•
A collection of test templates
•
Project settings, such as the name and location of directories in which the tests, test templates, report
templates, external files, and data exports are stored.
To view or edit your available projects and their associated settings, click Preferences, select
Configuration, and then select the Project tab. The other tabs on the Configuration window contains
settings that are application-wide and persist regardless of which project you have selected.
