variables?
Yes, automatically map variables—(Default for TWE) The signals being
acquired are automatically mapped to variables of the same name with the word
“Array” appended and illegal characters removed. For example, the signal with
an internal name of “Axial Force” is mapped to the variable “AxialForceArray”.
In addition, calculations dependent on these mapped variables are automatically
added to the Additional Calculations list.
Yes, manually map variables—The test designer must manually map the
signals and additional calculations by clicking the Configure button and using
the Map Variables window.
Open the Map Variables window where you can map signal data into variables
that can be used to perform calculations on signal data, perform logical condition
checks, acquire signal data for test-run displays.
