Specify variable values from the Setup Variables
window prior to test initialization. Pretest
The Setup Variables window appears after the test
run is created but before the test is initialized.
Specify variable values when prompted to do so by
the procedure during a test run. During Test
The Input Variables activity shows a window during
the test run so that the operator can specify the value
of one or more variables.
This check box is selected by default.
Specify variables that can be used for filtering in test
reports and data analysis. Result
This setting determines post-test availability: Editable Post-Test
• When selected, you can edit the variable in
post-test analysis.
• When cleared, the variable is read-only for
post-test analysis. During post-test analysis, you
cannot change the variable value in tables or, in
TW applications, change the value by moving
chart markers.
This check box is selected by default.
