8. A message from the Matrix indicating that the change was
successful will be seen in the log, and the matrix will reset.
9. Close Matrix Event Log, and open “My Systems”.
10. Change the IP address in My Systems to be the same as the new
value in the matrix.
11. Press Save and Activate.
12. Note that it may be necessary to change the IP address and
subnet mask of the PC if the new matrix IP address is from a
different network range (see “Ethernet Connection” on page 3-4).
SYSTEM MONITORING
System monitoring is started by selecting the ‘Monitor’ link from the
System menu.

The ‘System’ configuration screen displays all the frames in the current
configuration and their status.
An additional pane displays the status messages for all the system
components.
