Accounting Code: Accounting codes are used for accounting purposes and for tracking customer

account-related information. They can be used to generate reports in the system, such as total

business. Accounting codes are a means by which you can collect additional data about each
order during checkout using completely customizable text fields. Accounting codes expand the
concept of cost centers. They are a means by which you can collect additional data about each
order during checkout using completely customizable text fields. Customer information entered

AD/LDAP Integration: Licensable option that enables a site to use the Active Directory LDAP feature, an

Internet protocol that email and other programs use to look up information from a server.

ASP: ASP - Application Service Provider; a configuration of the system in which the system software is

service). All files reside on the ASP’s servers. Communication between the ASP and the remote
print center (RPC) is one-way (from ASP to RPC) and secure. The ASP delivers print-ready files to
the RPC at the print location as needed (e.g., to fill a customer order).

Automated Quotes - Pricing: Licensable option that enables a site to use the automated pricing module.

Automatic Approval Limit: A currency amount below which approval is automatic and does not require

approval by the Company Approver; also called a "floor limit."

B

Block: A configurable panel on the storefront (buyer-side) that inlcudes page elements such as: Alerts

Block, Search Block, Catalog Block, Cart Block, PrintMessenger Block, Print Shop Block, Shopping
Cart Block.

Bulk Media Import: The function that enables users to import a media catalog that is in CSV (or comma-

separated value) format.

C

The catalog allows an unlimited hierarchy of categories and products that have user permissions
assigned for security; a licensable option.
