Description

Note: You can click the header in the following columns to reverse the display order:
Name, Display As, Display Priority, Size.

Note: The search field

will help you locate the group or user you are looking for,

and the Show field will limit the number of items displayed.

Selection (checking column header selects all products in the grid; checking in product
row selects on that product)

Name

Name of the product; click the name of the product to open the product configuration
page (to view/edit any of the product attributes); the product name can include up to
50 characters.

Display As

Name as displayed on the buyer side.

Display Priority

Order from top to bottom in which the product will be displayed to buyers on the
storefront.

ID#

Click the ID# icon

or the ID# link to open an Edit dialog that lets you assign and

save an ID number for the product; the assigned number will then replace the ID# icon
on the product row; the product code can include up to 50 characters.

Type

Type of product (ad hoc, non printed, kit, static, etc.).

Job Ticket

The name of the ticket template associated with the product; click the name of the
ticket template to open a Select Job Ticket dialog that summarizes the print options
and enables you to select another job ticket to associate with the product

Price

Indicates whether the product has a fixed price assigned to it.

Active

The status of the product (inactive/active=unavailable/available for buyers to order on
storefront given all other access is permitted).

Config. Status

Shows the configuration status of Auctioninc for the product.
