To manage a group’s access to groups, companies, and print shops

1.

On the Groups page, select the group whose account you want to edit.

2.

Click the Manage Group, Company and Print Shop Access button.

3.

The Attributes field is the name of the group whose access you are changing.

4.

Session TimeOut: Enter a value (in minutes) at which a session should time out (i.e., if there is no

activity). The value you specify here will override both the time out value set in the web.config file
and the time out value set in the Site Settings page (see

Basic Settings

for more information on site-

level time-out settings).

Use session timeout for groups, for instance, to set a longer time out value for Operators,

who will be on the site throughout the day.

The absolute maximum value for session timeout is set in the Digital StoreFront

Configuration table. The maximum setting for the site cannot exceed the maximum value set in
the Digital StoreFront Configuration table.

Click Update.

5.

In the Allow Access - Print Shops table, check each print shop you want to allow all members of the

group access to and then click Update just below the table.

6.

group access to, then click Update just below the table.

7.
