● Buyer-Side Access Security—View/Purchase: defines which users (buyers) can view or purchase
which products. A crucial component of any customized shopping experience is to show the right
products at the right time to the right users.
Job Tickets (ticket templates) are associated to products, products are published to categories.
Companies, Departments, Groups, and Users are then given access to the items. When a Job Ticket
stands alone (no associating to a product, you set its view rights independently, once it is associated to
a product it inherits the view rights of the product). When a product stands alone (not published into a
category), you set view rights independently, once it is published to a category it inherits the view rights
of the category. Data sources (e.g., used in multi-column data sets) have view rights set independently
of ticket templates, products, and categories.
