You can also get to the Operator View by clicking the icon/link at the top of the
Administration Home page.
2. From the Select Print Shop pull-down list, select the Print Shop whose jobs you want to view or edit.
The selected print shop defaults to the print shop associated with the operator’s user profile.
3. To filter the display of jobs, click the filter icon to open the Filtering dialog.
• Configure the filter settings as needed to define the jobs that will be displayed in the job grid:
• Select Product Type: Set the type of products to display in the grid: Printed Product, Non
Printed Product, or Both printed and non-printed products.
Selecting the Non Printed Product option will change the filtering options.
• Job Name: Type the name of the job or a partial name to list all jobs containing that text
string in the job name.
In all text searches on the Filtering dialog, you can use the * as a wildcard in partial
term searches. For example: Dis* will display all job names that contain the letters “dis”
(such as dissertation, display, discussion) or Wil* for the last name “Wilson” or “Williams”
