When the Does Shipping Calculation check box is selected, the MIS calculates shipping charges. If
the check box is cleared, shipping charges are calculated in Digital StoreFront.
If the MIS is calculating shipping, be sure to clear the corresponding check box on the
Settings tab on the Price Sheet Management page. Otherwise, the setting on the
Price Sheet
Management page
will override what is on the MIS Systems page.
●
Does Tax Calculation
This feature is currently not working. Always leave the Does Tax Calculation check box cleared to
prevent errors in tax calculations.

●
Does Billing
When the Does Billing check box is selected, billing is done in the MIS. If the check box is cleared,
billing is done in Digital StoreFront.

●
●
Revises Locked Jobs and Orders
(Logic only) The Revises Locked Jobs and Orders check box should always be selected so that a job
that is ready for shipment in Logic can be revised in Digital StoreFront.

●
Reject orders on MIS communication failure
If the Asynchronous Order Submission check box is selected, the Reject orders on MIS
communication failure check box cannot also be selected. Only one of these can be selected.
When the Reject orders on MIS communication failure check box is selected, buyers are notified of
a communication error and the order is canceled automatically. If the check box is cleared, the
buyer is not notified when an order fails. Note that the site administrator is always notified of
communication failures even if buyers are not.

●
Number of Decimals
This field specifies the number of decimal places allowed in numerical values sent to the MIS. When
the MIS specifies the number of decimals in a transaction, this overrides the Digital StoreFront
default number of decimals, thus avoiding the scenario where a value set in Digital StroreFront and
communicated to the MIS could exceed the maximum value set in the MIS (and possibly result in
overflow errors in the MIS, truncation of data, and so on).
●
PO Max Number Length
This field specifies the maximum number of characters (up to 50) that a purchase order number can
include. When the MIS specifies the maximum length for PO numbers, this overrides the Digital
StoreFront maximum length, thus avoiding the scenario where a value set in Digital StroreFront and
communicated to the MIS could exceed the maximum value set in the MIS (and possibly result in
overflow errors in the MIS, truncation of data, and so on).
