Operator View Job Grid Controls
•
Complete: Changes the status of the job to “Complete.”
•
Job Ticket: Opens the Production Job Ticket / Production View page in a
separate browser window.
•
Order Ticket: Opens the Production Job Ticket in a separate browser
window.
•
Order History: Opens the History / Order Audit Log page in a separate
browser window.
•
Order Details: Opens the Order Details / Order Summary page.
Product Name The product type.
Price($) The price of the job. Click the price to open the Quote Editor. For more
information on using the Quote Editor, see
Quote Editor .
Due Date When the job is due in day-hour-minute format.
Copies/Orig/Page
s The number of copies, original impressions, total pages. For example, 5 copies
of a document with 10 original pages yields 50 pages, so the display would be
5/10/50.
Output The selected output device for producing the job.
Status The status of the job. For more information on job statuses, see Job Status in
Operator View .
Operator The operator assigned to the job.
Expand / Collapse
Icons Click these to expand or collapse the view of the job in the row.
Print Shop The print shop that will fulfill the order; to reassign the job to another print
shop, click the link to the print shop and select the print shop from the pull-
down list.
Origination The print shop where the job order originated.
Submitted Date Date the customer submitted the job.
