2. Click the link in the message indicating the snapshot process is complete (see "Figure A-7" ).
Your browser asks if you would like to save the file or open it.

3. Save the file locally and then send it to Miranda Technical Support.
Creating Shortcuts
iControl allows users to add a Windows™ shortcut (i.e. desktop icon) and Start menu entry for
quick access to iC Navigator, iC Creator, and iC Web. It is also possible to save desktop icons for
individual iC Web pages.
Perform the following procedures, as required:
• "Creating Shortcuts to an iControl Application" , on page 693
• "Creating a Local Shortcut to an iC Web Page" , on page 694
Creating Shortcuts to an iControl Application
To create shortcuts to an iControl application
1. Open iC Navigator, iC Creator, or iC Web from the Start page of any available Application
Server.
A message appears, prompting you to create shortcuts.
2. Click Yes.

Before beginning this procedure, make sure you have opened iControl (see page 696 ).
