A list of available cards for the selected frame appears. The indicator beside the Connect
button should turn green.
8. Click Open under Upgrade File Selection.
9. Find and select the firmware upgrade file (of the form XXXX‐XXXX‐XXX.zip ), and then click
OK.
Cards compatible with the update are highlighted in the list.
10. Select the check box associated with the cards you wish to upgrade. Ensure that the cards
selected from the list are the same type.
11. Click Upgrade.
The update process begins, taking about 30 minutes per card.
As each card is updated, the message Successful appears in the Status column.
IMPORTANT: Do not remove cards from the Densité frame or otherwise interrupt the
upgrade process.
Note: Some card models may have more that one processor. If this the case, be
aware that a firmware upgrade will be necessary for each different processor type.
