Description
Min.
Specifies the minimum of the monitored variable when the Dynamic Range is not
selected.
Max.
Specifies the maximum of the monitored variable when the Dynamic Range is not
selected.
Needle Color
Select a color for the needle.
Radius
You can adjust the radius for the swing of the needle. This field specifies the offset to
be added to the default radius.
Angle
You can adjust the span for the swing of the needle. This field specifies the offset to be
added to the default span.
Center X
You can adjust the horizontal position for the pivot of the needle. This field specifies the
offset to be added to the default horizontal position.
Swing
Adjustment
Center Y
You can adjust the vertical position for the pivot of the needle. This field specifies the
offset to be added to the default vertical position.
8.2.5. Range Settings
This section describes how to define the range settings for a meter. The following is an example of the Range page of the
Meter property sheet.
The following table describes each property in the Range page.
Property
Description
Range Display
Check this option if you want the meter to display the range marks along its swing path.
Variable Range
Check this option so the low limit and high limit for the range marks will be specified at runtime by the
designated variables.
Low Limit
Specifies the low limit for the low range mark when the Variable Range is not selected.
When the Variable Range is selected, this property specifies the variable whose value is the low limit
for the low range mark at runtime. Click

High Limit
Specifies the high limit for the high range mark when the Variable Range is not selected.
