necessary acknowledges the
alarm
If auto−acknowledge is
deactivated for the EtherCAT
coupler, you can reset the
hardware interrupt counter of
object 0xF100 and acknowledge
the process alarm by writing any
value to subindex 0x06 of index
0x5000.
