Parameterise I/O compound modules using SDO transfer.
Addressing takes place via index 0x3100 + EtherCAT slot no. Subindexes give you access to
the corresponding parameters. The relevant module description contains the subindex
assignment.

The following example shows access to the parameters of the module in slot 4 via index
0x3103.
