The MC 3020D Group Delegation Panel can be used to restrict control of a specific VTR to a particular control panel or panels.
Note that the MC 3020D does not actually connect a control panel to a machine; rather, it allows the connection to be made
using the normal machine linkage procedures already described on page 5−149.

The Delegation Groups menu (Figure 5−138) is used to establish the names of the desired machine control panels or groups
of panels. The four groups shown in this example correspond to the control panels outlined in Figure 5−139. The order of
these entries will be the order of the buttons on all MC 3020D Machine Delegate Panels in the system (Figure 5−140).
