IGMP Snooping Commands
ip igmp snooping (Global)
Use the ip igmp snooping Global Configuration mode command to enable
Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) snooping. Use the no form of
this command to disable IGMP snooping.
Syntax
ip igmp snooping
no ip igmp snooping
Default Configuration
Disabled.
Command Mode
Global Configuration mode
Example
The following example enables IGMP snooping.
console(config)# ip igmp snooping
ip igmp snooping vlan
Use the ip igmp snooping vlan Global Configuration mode command to
enable IGMP snooping on a specific VLAN. Use the no form of this
command to disable IGMP snooping on a VLAN interface.
Syntax
ip igmp snooping vlan vlan-id
no ip igmp snooping vlan vlan-id
