Examples
The following example authenticates key 8.
console(config)# sntp trusted-key 8

sntp client poll timer
The sntp client poll timer Global Configuration mode command sets the
polling time for the SNTP client. Use the no form of this command to restore
the default configuration.
Syntax
sntp client poll timer seconds
no sntp client poll timer
Parameters
• seconds —Specifies the polling interval in seconds. (Range: 60–86400).
Default Configuration
The default polling interval is 1024 seconds.

Example
The following example sets the polling time for the SNTP client to 120
seconds.
