Function:
This command is used to configure the speedrate of DR sending register
packets, the unit is packet/second. the “no ipv6 pim Register-rate-limit” command
restores the default value. This configured speedrate is each(S, G)state’s, not the whole
systems.
Parameter:
ranges from 1 to 65535
Default:
No limit for sending speed

Example:
Configure the speedrate of DR sending register packets to 59 p/s
