Managing e-mail templates
Dialog window: Configuration
▶ Tools ▶ Templates ▶ E-mail templates... ▶ E-mail
templates
The saved e-mail templates are displayed in a table in the E-mail tem-
plates dialog window. The table cannot be edited, but it can be sorted
according to the selected column in either ascending or descending order
by clicking on the column title.
Name
Name of the e-mail template.
Recipient
E-mail address of the recipient.
The [Edit] menu below the list of e-mail templates or a right-click on the
table opens a menu with the following menu items:
New...
Creates a new template. The Edit e-mail template window opens, in which a
new template can be defined (see Chapter 6.3.3.3.2, page 763).
Properties...
Edit the selected template. The Edit e-mail template window opens, in which
the template can be edited (see Chapter 6.3.3.3.2, page 763).
Copy
Copy the selected template and save it under the name 'Template name'_#.
Paste
Paste the selected e-mail template(s) after copying using the Copy menu item.
Delete
Deletes the selected template.
Send test E-mail
Sends test e-mail with the selected e-mail template.

E-mail template
Name of the e-mail template.

Recipient
E-mail address(es)
E-mail address of the recipient. If there are several recipients, the
addresses must be separated with a semicolon.
