The application note defined in the text window is displayed on the
Application note tab in the Live display subwindow of the Work-
place program part. The tab opens automatically when the method is loa-
ded.
The text editor to create or modify the application note is started with
or by double-clicking on the text field (see Chapter 2.4.2, page 78).

Here you have to specify the sample data variables that are to be available
within the method under the designation SD.'Variable name'. By
default, the sample data variables ID1, ID2, ID3, Sample type, Sample
position, Sample amount, Sample size unit, Analytical volume and
Dilution volume are entered.
New sample data variables can be assigned to one of the still available
sample data variables (entry in the Assignment field) or a fixed value can
be determined for them (entry in the Fixed value field).
The overview table shows all specified sample data variables and cannot
itself be directly edited. The table can be sorted according to the selected
column in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column title
(Name, Type, Assignment, Fixed value column).

Opens the Sample data variable - New dialog window, where a new
sample data variable can be entered (see Chapter 5.5.2.9.2.5, page
581).
