Elements of the Score Edit Window
Here’s an overview of the Score Edit window’s elements and their names, as used in this
help book.
Along the left-hand side:
Along the top margin:
• Bar Ruler (linear view only)
• Zoom symbols
• Menus
The main working area:
optionally with:
• Instrument name display column on the left side
• Hyper Draw area at the bottom (only possible in single MIDI Region view and with
linear display)
• Page Rulers (only in page view)
The various options for changing the display of these elements are described in the
section General Appearance of the Score Edit Window (see “View Menu” on page 482).
