The measured values are passed on from the axis interface to
the SPC200 Smart Positioning Controller. The SPC200 comĆ
pares the nominal position with current position and calcuĆ
lates from this value the positioning signal for the proporĆ
tional directional control valve.
The proportional directional control valve controls the drive
by pressurizing one drive chamber and exhausting the other.
In the mid−position the flow is blocked so that the drive stops
typically at the current position.
