In autonomous operation the program is processed indepenĆ
dently for each work station. Each work station can be conĆ
trolled independently of the other by means of the freely proĆ
grammable I/Os (Start/Stop operation) or by the command
I/Os (Record Select operation).
Please observe the following when using parallel program
processing in autonomous operation:
ć Starting programs must not be accessed as
sub−programs.
ć Sub−programs, which contain positioning commands,
may only be used by one starting program.
7.1.2 Program organisation
When programming for the SPC200 you can:
ć create up to 100 NC programs in the SPC200 with a maxiĆ
mum total of 2000 NC records
ć enter up to 1000 NC records (i.e. 1000 program lines) in
one single program
ć access each NC program as a sub−program. Four nested
sub−program calls are therefore possible.
