7. Assign Router 2 to the same VRRP group as Router 1 and give the group the same virtual IP
address.
The assignment is done in the node in the urn:brocade.com:mgmt:brocade-vrrp
namespace. The group is identified by group number in the element, and the virtual
router IP address in the / element.
For VRRP, the physical router IP address and the virtual router group IP address are different.
Thus Router 2 is not the master.
