a. In the element, specify the port name in [rbridge-id/]slot/port format.

b. Include the / elements to configure the port as a trunk Virtual Fabric

using the element.

c. Add the element and include the element.

d. Specify the value and the value.

The following example configures 10-Gigabit Ethernet port 1/0/1 as a trunk VLAN with a C-TAG
range.

Configuring a trunk Virtual Fabric with a single C-TAG.

When configuring a trunk Virtual Fabric with a single C-TAG on the interface, it is important to
remember that the C-TAG is applicable only for a trunk VLAN.

Configuring the trunk Virtual Fabric requires two RPCs. The first RPC configures the port as a Layer
2 interface; the second RPC configures the Virtual Fabric with a trunk classification and the C-TAG.
