Context Sensitive Help
More details are provided as you type additional words for the partial command. For example, typ-
ing help set ds1 and pressing the Enter or Return key will produce a message similar to the
following, with more help on setting DS1 parameters.
Access Navigator> help set ds1
set ...................... Configure an interface.
ds1 .................... Setup the specified DS1.
Command syntax: set ds1
Example: set ds1 1 framing d4
The above example sets DS1 #1 to D4 framing.
n=DS1 1 to 32 or a range 1-4 (DS1s 1,2,3,4)
setting=DS1 setting to apply (see list below)
clock ................. Set the transmit clock source.
down .................. Set the DS1 as Out of Service.
fdl ................... Set the DS1 FDL type.
framing ............... Set the DS1 framing type.
id .................... Set the DS1 circuit identification string.
lbo ................... Set the DS1 line length or line build out.
line .................. Command a line loopback on the DS1.
linecode .............. Set the DS1 line coding.
loopdetect ............ Set detection of FDL loop code.
payload ............... Command a payload loopback on the DS1.
type .................. Set the GR-303 usage type for the DS1.
up .................... Set the DS1 as In Service.
