Tools and Materials Required
1. Obtain the following tools and materials.
l
Office records for installation site
l
Screwdrivers, slotted
l
Grounding wrist strap
l
Controller card
l
User name and password (if required)
2. Put on grounding wrist strap and follow anti-static procedures
3. Unpack and inspect new Quad T1 Framer card for damage.
l
Do not remove circuit cards from anti-static wrappers without following proper anti-static
procedures.
l
Verify that equipment to be installed agrees with office records.
