Context Sensitive Help

NOTE:

Context sensitive help does not work for command words taken out of context.

All CLI commands consist of one or more words typed in a specific order. You can obtain
help for a partial command only if you type the key command words in sequential order,
starting with the first word in the command. For example, in the command word sequence
set

ds1 6 framing esf, you can only obtain context sensitive help for the partial

commands set, set ds1, and set ds1 framing. Help is not available for the individual
words ds1 or framing or esf.

Help for a specific CLI command is available either by typing help before the command word or
words in the partial command pressing the Enter or Return key. It is usually easier to type a question
mark ? after the partial command (no need to press the Enter or Return key). For example, typing set
?

and pressing the Enter or Return key will produce a message similar to the following.
