• Bit 15: Timer enable operation

This bit enables the operation of the PPG.

• Bit 14: Software trigger

When the Software Trigger bit is set to “1”, a software trigger is generated to activate the PPG, separately from the
generation of an internal trigger (EN bit, reload timer output).
