Cause Remedy
A One phase (L1, L2, or L3) of the main cir-
cuit power supply is disconnected. • Check power supply.
• Check wiring of the main circuit power
supply.
• Check QF, noise filter, magnetic contac-
tor.
B There is one phase where the line voltage is
low. Check power supply.
C SERVOPACK defective. Replace SERVOPACK.
Occurred when the control
