2.1 Precautions
This section provides notes on using
Σ-II Series products.
Use a 400-VAC power supply.
Use a 400-VAC power supply.
Do not connect the servomotor directly to a commercial power line.
Direct connection to the power frequency sup-
ply will damage the servomotor. The servomo-
tor cannot be operated without an SGDH
SERVOPACK.
Do not change wiring when power is ON.
Always turn the power OFF before connecting
or disconnecting a connector. (Except for Digi-
tal Operator (Model: JUSP-OP02A-2))
Before inspecting, always wait 5 minutes after turning power OFF.
Even after the power is turned OFF, residual
electric charge still remains in the capacitor
inside the SERVOPACK. To prevent an electric
shock, always wait for the CHARGE lamp to go
OFF before starting inspection (if necessary).
