Ground Fault Trip
The E300 Electronic Overload Relay will trip with a ground fault indication if:
•
No trip currently exists
•
Ground fault protection is enabled
•
Ground fault current is present
•
Ground Fault Inhibit Time has expired
•
Ground Fault Current is equal to or greater than the Ground Fault Trip
Level for a time period greater than the Ground Fault Trip Delay
If the E300 Electronic Overload Relay trips on a ground fault, the:
•
TRIP/WARN LED will flash a red 3-short blink pattern
•
Bit 2 in Current Trip Status (Parameter 4) will set to 1
Ground Fault Inhibit Time (Parameter 242)
