Section 3 — System Operation
The Legends & Options button (see Figure 202 ) launches a menu that has an
icon legend on the left half describing what each icon represents for
“images” (top section) and “outputs” (bottom section), as shown in
Figure 204 .
The right half of the menu contains the View Style touch button group and
two Sort button groups.
• View Style touch buttons turn on and off the thumbnail view,
• Sort Type menu touch buttons turn on either sort by image ID or sort by
image name, and
• The Sort Filter touch button, No Invalid Vid Ref allows only those images to
display that have the same line rate as the current operating system. For
example when operating in 720p mode, only 720p images are dis-
played.

Cache Usage Pane
The Cache Usage pane, located top-middle of the Image Manager menu,
provides storage capacity and locking status information about the cache
(see
Figure 205 ).
