7.2.13 Tech support
The Tech support collects system information (hardware, status and configura-
tion) and delivers it as a compressed file. Note: The configuration is included
with passwords. The file format is compressed tar archive(tar.gzip).The filename
has the format of
___.tar.gz, if the location
field is not set, the last three octets of the mac-address will be used.
Menu path: Tools ⇒ Tech Support
Clicking Create will create a Tech support file. Once the file is created you will be
presented with the following dialogue.
The Tech support file consist of a number of text files. Configuration files can be
found in the /cfg directory of the archive, and log files under the /var/log sub-
directory.
