Activating Licensed Features
In order to enable the D2 advanced features, such as Policy, you must purchase a license. If you
have purchased a license, you can proceed to activate your license as described in this section. If
you wish to obtain a permanent or evaluation license, contact the Enterasys Networks Sales
Department.
Clearing, Showing, and Moving Licenses
Licenses can be displayed, applied, and cleared only with the license commands described in this
chapter. General configuration commands such as show config or clear config do not apply to
licenses.
Once enabled, all licenses are permanent non‐expiring.
Commands
set license
Use this command to activate the D‐Series licensed features.
