Select and right-click the multiple clips in the bin, and click [Set as Sequence].

The created clip is registered in the bin as a sequence clip.

Clips set as a sequence take the name of the first joined clip as its clip name.

Clips are joined in the sorting order of the bin.

Clips are joined with the In and Out point settings of the video part held by the original clip intact.

Conditions for setting as a sequence are as follows:

The clip type, image size and aspect ratio of all clips must be matching.

For video, the field order and frame rate of all clips must be matching.
g
For audio, the sampling rate, quantization bitrate and number of channels of all clips must be matching.
Canceling a Set Sequence
Cancel joining of a sequence clip.

Right-click a sequence clip in the bin, and click [Cancel Sequence].

After the sequence is canceled, the clip name returns to the one before the clips are joined.

The In and Out point settings that were held by the clips before they were joined as a sequence are restored.
Creating Color Bar/Color Matte/Title Clip
The following explains how to create color bar clips, color matte clips and title clips.
Color Bar Clips
Create a color bar clip.

Click [New Clip] in the bin.

Click [Color Bars].

The [Color Bars] dialog box appears.

Make the color bar settings, and click [OK].

Right-click a blank area in the clip view, and click [New Clip] → [Color Bars].

Click [Clip] on the menu bar, and click [Create Clip] → [Color Bars]. The color bar clip is registered to the bin.
