Once you have deregistered clips, you cannot restore them (cannot undo deregistration).

Source files are not deleted even by deregistering clips from the bin.

Right-click a blank area in the clip view, and click [Sort].

Click the item names to sort.

When the detailed clip view is displayed, each click switches between ascending or descending order.

Color-coding Clips

Color-code clips displayed in the bin to classify them.

Right-click a clip, and click [Clip Color].

Click the display color.

Click [File info] in the [Clip Properties] dialog box. Select the display color from the [Clip color] list.

Transferring Clips to the Project Folder

The following explains how to transfer files referenced by clips in the bin to the project folder.

The following clips cannot be transferred to the project folder:

Non file-based clips such as color bar clips or color matte clips

g

Clips with an importer that does not support file transfer

g

Clips already transferred to the project folder

Select and right-click the clip, and click [Transfer to Project Folder].
