The RS-180 substation has a weather-resistant
coating on its printed circuit board.

1. Speaker
Outputs call tones and used for hands-free
conversations.
2. Status indicator (red)
Flashes when a call is received, continuously lights
during a conversation, and is off while in standby
mode. The indicator also continuously lights while
receiving a paging announcement.
3. Call button
Used to call the preprogrammed master station.
4. Connection cable (orange, brown, black)
Connects to the 2-core shielded substation
interface unit.
5. Control cable (blue, white)
Connectable to an external equipment such as an
indicator.
A closed contact is provided only during
conversation.
