2.5. Operating the N-8000 Setting Software program on Windows 8.1
To activate the N-8000 Setting Software program on Windows 8.1 Pro, the following procedures are required.

2.5.1. Activation of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
Step 1. Open the Control Panel on your PC, then
click [Programs Programs and Features
Turn Windows features on or off].
The screen "Windows Features" will be
displayed.
Step 2. Mark the checkboxes for all the components
contained in ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes
.NET 2.0 and 3.0)," then press [OK] button.
