Attaching a Macro to a Panel Button
Using the Menu and the Main Panel
1.
Go to the Macro Attach menu (touch
Macro
,
Attach
).
2.
Touch the button of the Main panel section where the button you wish
to make the attachment to is located (
M/E 1-3
,
Misc
).
3.
Touch the
Enable Attach
and
Show Attach
buttons.
4.
Touch either the
Pre Attach
,
Repl Attach
, or
Post Attach
button.
5.
Select, on the main panel, the macro register button with the desired
macro.
6.
Press the main panel button or buttons to which you wish to attach the
macro.
Note
The macro will continue to be attached to any button pressed on the main
panel until the attachment is ended.
7.
Deselect
Enable Attach
and
Show Attach
button to end attachment.
Using Only the Menu
1.
Go to the Macro Attach menu (touch
Macro
,
Attach
).
2.
Touch the button of the Main panel section where the button you wish
to make the attachment to is located (
M/E 1-3
,
Misc
).
3.
Display the name of the button you wish to make the attachment to on
the screen, scrolling the list if necessary.
4.
Touch the data pad for that button of the desired type of macro
attachment (
Pre
,
Replace
,
Post
). The Macro Attach selection menu will
appear.
5.
Touch the button for the macro register to be attached. The selection
menu will close and the name of the macro just attached will be
displayed.
Playing an Attached Macro
1.
Go to the Macro Attach menu (touch
Macro
,
Attach
).
2.
Turn on the attachment playback feature by touching the
Attach Enable
button so it is illuminated. You may also want to touch the
Show Attach
button so that panel buttons with macros attached can be identified
(they blink low tally).
