2.5-M/E and 3-M/E Main Panel
Enter Button
The
Enter
button on the E-MEM subpanel is only used to complete a time
value entry on that keypad for an Auto Transition, Effect Dissolve, and
Sequence Delay.
Undo / • Button
The E-MEM
Undo/•
button is used to enter default values and decimal
points during data entry, and to undo the last action.
The two modes of the E-MEM
Undo/•
button, unshifted and shifted, is deter-
mined by the state of the
↑ Bank
button. The exact
Undo/•
button behavior in
unshifted mode is determined by the operation that is performed next, and
in shifted mode is determined by what operation was performed last.
When unshifted (
↑ Bank
is off)
the
Undo/•
button is used with Learn, Get, and
Put operations to represent the next available register (the default). The
unshifted
Undo/•
button is also used for Sequence and Effect Dissolve oper-
ations to represent the colon separator in time value entry.
When shifted (
↑ Bank
is on)
and the last operation was an E-MEM register
operation (Learn, Recall, keyframe edit), pressing the
Undo/•
button will
undo the operation. If an operation has just been undone, pressing the
shifted
Undo/•
button will redo the operation. Thus, pressing
↑ Bank
,
Undo/•
repeatedly allows toggling back and forth between the last two states of the
current effect. The
Undo/•
button must be used immediately after an undes-
ired operation, or it may be unable to undo it.
Run Control Button
The
Run
button in the upper left corner of the keypad will cause the current
effect to run. The button will light to indicate the run state. A effect run can
be stopped at any time by pressing the lit button (turning it off).
